ただ、夜勤のできない職員さん、意外と早朝や遅番勤務もできないと言ってくる人が多い。
それだと、昼間のパート職員さんと重なってしまう。
我が、施設では、朝７時から午後９時半までの勤務帯でシフトに入ってくれる人も、ストライクゾーンの真ん中付近にいる。しかし、夜勤をしないので、夜勤手当の支給ができないと、給与水準はそれなりにしかならない。
満足でいるのだろうか？
それに、施設でいう常勤職員（正社員）は事業所で定められている常勤の所定労働時間勤務している職員となり、一般的には週４０時間の雇用契約が必要となる（常勤換算1とならない。）。また、昼間の比較的人員配置の多い時間帯のみの就業となるため、他の職員が自分たちとの条件的な違いを訴えてくる。そのあたりの、理解が必要となる。
人材不足の中、多様な勤務帯を用意して職員募集を行っているが、いろんな意味で理解してもらうことが必要となる。
