最近は、大事な事を口頭で伝える際は、その後簡単に文章化してもらい
アウトプットしてもらう習慣化を図っています。
どれだけ自分で理解できているか再認識してもらい、
こちらもきちんと意図が伝わっているか文章を見れば
把握できるため、ストレスも減りました。
また文章化したものに少し手を加え研修資料に
したところ、、全員に同じ内容を一気に伝える事が
できとても楽になりました。最初の一回は少し手間ですが…。
