最近の職員との会話、ある紹介会社からの紹介で入職しましたが、この職場は私には合いませんですから辞めたいです。と言われいろいろお話をしました。紹介会社の担当者にも連絡しいろいろ意見をいただこうとしましたが、要領が得ません。そこで、職員に再度尋ねてみると、私その紹介会社に登録していません。ハローワークで職探しをしている時に御社を見つけ、面接を申し込もうと情報のみ取得してその場を離れ、ハローワークの玄関を出たところで声を掛けられ、貴方の応募しようとしている施設とは懇意にしているので私が手続きをしてあげると連絡先を聞かれ、面接日が決まりました。と連絡が入り面接。そのまま入局しました。職員が担当者に合ったのはこのハローワークの玄関先と面接日のみでした。だから転職の詳しい状況を知らなかったんですね。
これは、決してユノモさんのお話ではありません。
紹介会社もただ待っているだけでは応募も募集もありませんね。
こういった状況をどうすれば見抜けるのか。
紹介会社もユノモさんのような信用できる会社を選ばないと、いけませんね。
