各事業所とも、多様な時間帯を用意し少しでも働きやすい環境を用意しているかと思います。
しかし、この層は早朝、遅番、夜勤帯などに対応が難しいですね。
やはり、早朝、遅番、夜勤などに勤務をしてくれるいわゆる正職員さんが貴重で、その確保は相変わらず難しい状況ですね。せっかっく、新たな労働力が入ってくれても、その方を指導してくれる指導者が夜勤や早朝、遅番ばかりしている状況では、せっかくの新たな労働力も指導を受けられないまま辞めてしまわれるかも。
指導や業務調整の出来る正職員さんってなかなか増えてきませんね。
